Pre-Order Sales

This fundraiser option works best if you designate a coordinator to manage the process. Here’s how it works:

1. Group members will use individual order forms to take advance orders. They’ll collect money at the time of the sale and the group will use those funds to place your popcorn order.
2. Tally all the individual sales to order exactly what your group has sold. We’ll fill your order and ship it direct to your home, school or church.
3. When your order arrives, you’ll need to sort it according to each order form so group members can make deliveries to customers.

There’s no upfront cash needed.

You only order what you’ve pre-sold.

Show & Sell Sales

This fundraiser option is very easy to manage but does require upfront cash and a secure place to store your popcorn until it has sold.

1. Set your fundraising goal to determine how much popcorn you need.
2. Order popcorn to be shipped direct to your home, school or church.
3. Sell your popcorn at events or door to door and pocket the profits.

Advantages:

There’s no upfront cash needed.

Easy to manage.

No need to tally sales or sort products.

Eliminates the need to visit customers twice (once for order, once for delivery).

You can avoid door-to-door sales if you wish and set up at events instead.
